Devlog 8/4/23 - (Alpha 2.07)


ADDED

  • Info panels when your mouse is  over enemies
  • tooltip when over locked chest

CHANGED

  • Ranged enemies only make sound when on screen
  • Rooks, level 2 Pawns, and knights no longer weak to throwing daggers
  • hideout storage now visually supports double and triple digits better
  • hideout upgrade table sprite updated to reflect story beats

BUGFIXES

  • Ranged enemies now have animations that are in sync with their attacks and effectively use their internal timers
  • Projectiles no longer go through locked doors
  • level 2 pawns now take damage from throwing daggers

NOTES

  • not all enemies have a correct panel when hovering over them. anything after level 4 will have the "swordman" panel.
  • foundations placed for introductory missions before the hideout becomes fully useable and to bridge gap between reading tutorial and level 1 (which can be difficult due to its length)
